help

HI Everybody

I need advice, here are some facts

1- I have permanent residency card ( 11-11-2011 )obtained trough a previous marriage with Spanish wife

2- We have been living apart since the July 2008 and Our divorce was pronounced on the 15-02-2013

3- when we were separated I met someone else and we have two kids born in in the UK in 2009 , they are now British Citizen, my partner and I were living together from January 2009 until July 2012

4- my partner is back to her home country ( Cameroon) to apply for a visa, since she has been there, I have been there twice and we did get married traditionally.

my concern is :

the fact that our relationship started before my divorce was obtained in court will be a problem or not ?

am I better off applying for fiance visa ? or unmarried partner ? what are the advantages or disadvantages of each of those visa ?

my partner has achieved 6 on IELTS exam, can that considered as evidence meeting the English requirements ?

can anyone suggest or advise me on any other course of action.

I will appreciate your advise, Thanks
