Dear readers

I am in a psw visa now and its expiring in 4 months . my company is ready to sponser me but they want to pay me less than 20K per annum . i want to ask ,is there any way to get a sponsership from my company with less salaray . or show some extra amount from other sources .
please guide me some way .
