letter from A-rated sponsor for Dependant

Hi,Does anyone have a template of the Letter from an A-rated sponsor confirming that you are a dependant of a Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) and that the Sponsor will provide your maintenance and accommodation in accordance with the specifications described in the Dependant Policy Guidance.

Please I need it asap
