ILR Success - Glasgow - HSMP + Tier1 with 2 Dependants

Post by suis » Mon Mar 11, 2013 9:42 am

hi all,
just want let you all that i got my ILR (including 2 Dependents) In Glasgow PEO (HSMP + Tier1),

here are the documents that Case worker asked me ,

1.Application forms.
2.Life in the UK Test
3.Cohab documents ( i gave council tax for payment summary for last 5 yrs, 5 yrs electoral registration)
4.12 months bank statements
5.payslips

i kept so much other documents in my folder but , case worker didn't asked anything at all, my appointment was 9:00 AM and heard the good news around 10:40 AM,

please make sure to give photo copies of the original documents that CASE worked ask for, basically i guess there are 3 case workers ,

1 accepts the documents from the counter
2 process the documents and issue the ILR
3 final person who's letting us know the good news and hand over our documents

so if the counter case worker don't ask for photocopies then the second case worker who's processing the application will have to photocopy all the documents, you can reduce the waiting time by submitting all your photocopies.

overall i can recommend Glasgow PEO, they are really good people.

if any one have any questions please let me know i can help ,
thanks for the forum members for your lovely comments, i managed to cut solicitor charges around
(£1500 ) mainly because of this forum.

thank you all

Why issues with P60s? Don't see any in the Experience.

hi Digvijay,
didn't have any issues with my P60 mate,
i was worried about my X employer cos one of my X Employer made me redundant around 3 yrs back and they didn't pay the tax to HMRC,
but anyway i have asked HMRC to provide me an employment history summary in case case worker ask for , anyway paying tax is not my responsibility cos i am employed by the company , its a problem for the self employee,

my application went smoothly, took me 1 hour and 40 min ( this should exclude the photocopy time by the case worker)

Congratulations. great to hear success stories which run smoothly at Glasgow as it looks easier to get an appointment at this PEO than others.
How did you find Glasgow PEO's staff.I read somewhere that they don't have senior professional staff so even a simple case looks complex to them!
is that still true?
