Applied for sponser visa

I applied on 30 Jan 2013 and my visa expired on 3 March 2013. I got my biometrics and i did that in post office. I am still working for my Employer is it going to be a problem??? Can i able to work Legally or not??

Any information would be much appriciated

As long as you have submitted your application before the expiry of your current visa (in your case, you have), you are fine to continue working for your employer.
No matter that the visa expired now.
