In which case we hane no Right of Appeal?

Post by go2khurram » Mon Mar 11, 2013 12:39 pm

If our ILR refuse on the basis that 5 year continuous period is not completed ...but the application has been submitted before the current visa expiry, will we get the right of appeal or time to resubmit the application is correct category?

Please share your experience and thoughts...

Thanks,

You have no right of appeal IF your decision is communicated to you BEFORE your current visa has expired.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.

Thanks wpilr_nov12 for a prompt reply.

But only if your initial application was made in-time.
