Hi All,

I am applying for ILR this year, i have a query regarding dependent visa, can you please let me know how long dependents needs to stay in uk to eligible for ILR. out of 5 yrs my hubby was travelling bet india and uk. he didnt stay for 2 yrs continuously. is he eligible for ILR.
