Just 1question
I have a professional referee he is ACCA qualified
But his job title is finance controller(manager) in a limited company
he used to be accountant
Can he act as my referee as finance controller is not in the list
Of professional referee

That's OK.

It's the qualification that matters. Not the job he is doing.
