Travelling while divorcing

Hello!

Could you please clarify. I'm in process of divorce and need to travel abroad. I just wonder if there will be problem when I cross border on my returning. My wife (EU member) is working but part time as a self employed. And sometimes she off in her country for couple of weeks to look after her father.
I'm currently holder of EEA2 visa.
