My passport was not included in my refusal letter mail

Hello,

i got refusal today, I have right to appeal but instead of appealing, as my visa expired I will re apply from my own country.

I recieved my refusal letter today but they didnt include my passport or any other documents that I applied with.

Will they come in a separate mail?
Or should I do something to request them.

Why didn't you appeal?Were you aware that UKBA loose more than 50% of appeals?As they have refused your application it is likely they will hang on to your passport so they can quickly remove you.Your passport has probably been sent to your local UKBA enforcement team.

Ask for your documents back asap.Even if you request your passport as you are intent on leaving they will probably tell you to meet them at the airport so they can hand it over

I still have time to appeal but I think it will get refused as it was my mistake to write 40 working hours per week which affected my salary calculation and ended up being less than the minimum amount (26000 for 37.5 working hours per week)

I think i dont have much chance on that

my application was refused too. And now i just wanna go back. But even though i try to contact them and ask for my passport back they havent returned to me back. My solicitor has told me that i had 28 days to leave the country but now I have a week left and still hear anything about my passport...Do you think I ll be an overstayer?even if it is not my fault...
