moving from psw to tier 2 after april 2013

Post by godistrue » Wed Mar 13, 2013 2:34 pm

hi all. i have seen the new SOC 2010 rule changes and confused of the new entrant and experienced entrant. i am on psw visa and working for my employee from 11 months and i feel i come under experienced employee. i am a junior web developer. I am getting 20k salary at the moment. My employer is happy to increase my pay to 25800. The salary for experienced web developer is £25800 in the new SOC codes from april 2013. Now from the document it states that the salary for the experienced employee must be 25% more than the present salary, it means my salary must be 25800 + 25% of my current salary or 25800 is enough for my extension of visa.

And also a quick question as am on psw visa, my company doesnt need to do resident labour test even after april 2013.

waiting for the response. thanks
