Visa appeal

Hi to all, I'm new to this forum. I'm from Tanzania living in UK with a settlement visa with my husband.
I applied a settlement visa for my two kids on 27 December and got resufed due to sole responsibility.

on 31 jan. Submitted an appeal with more documents, on 4 february ang got a latter form tribunal says will contact me after 4th july.

I don't know what to do as my son will be 18 within 2 weeks and my daughter is 12.
There's any hope for my kids to get visa? As I don't what I will do if the final answer will be no.
