I am on Tier 2 ICT - Established Staff.
VISA from Aug 2010 to Aug 2013.

Am i eligible for ILR if my VISA gets extended for 2 more years.

Nope. Not if you didn't first get T2 ICT before April 6 2010; you're inelligible.

However, you can switch jobs and your ILR clock would start whenever you switched jobs... you would have to meet a salary of 35000 within 6 years, etc...
