Greetings,
I had applied for my spouse visa on 14th Feb 2013 as a wife of Tier 2 general migrant under the points based system. Unfortuantely i got refusal on 6th March 2013 on the basis that i had not provided any evidence of intervening devotion. We had applied original nikah nama, registered by union council and then subsequent change of NIC as well as wedding party photos. Unfortunately, i didnt provide any skype records or any contact like that as i was unaware that it is also a requirement. Now i am extremely stressed out and saddened. I feel totally broken. I and my husband have decided to send the appeal from UK through a lawyer. We will now submit our call records, email history, whats app records, and etc along with written statements (affidavits) from witness of our marriage,
So my questions are:
- Should we submit the original affidavits and call records along with appeal or just the photocopies will be sufficient? I can send original but the IAT-2 form states that send photocopies.
- The section D has to be filled by my words or my lawyer. Section D is that section where I will state that why is the decision of ECO wrong?
