My sister has received the coa n I wanted to know if she can still claim benefits. Thanx ti all those who were helpful.

Why doesn't she go work? She can do that with COA as well. God won't be against.

You would need to describe her circumstances in a little more detail. Presumably, she a non-EU national married to an EU national. Is the EU national working or doing something else?

In now a days almost in all areas in UK the relevant benefits handling authorities has launched their online calculators/form to ascertain the type and amount of eligible benefits a person can claim. Give try to it. But before the decision of EEA2 application it will not be advisable.

The important thing is the worker's status. If the spouse is a worker, the residence card would be successful.
