Tier 2 ICT Short Term - Mandatory Requirements

Hi
My employer is filing for my Tier 2 ICT and going to submit my application by the 20th of March.

Please tell me what are the mandatory documents I need to keep in mind because I dont want to loose out on this opportunity.

Please give me your advise if there is anything I can keep in mind while filing my application.

I am going to be paid £24,500 and it is for 1 year. The employer is going to give documentation that they will support me so I dont need to show the funds maintenance .

Please give me your genuine advise as this is for my career. If there is anything i need to make sure before filing it will be great.
