TIER 2 (ICT) came 29 March 2011 settlement

What I read so far is if TIER 2 (ICT) after april 2010 ILR is not possible, Could some one please confirm.

Is it possible to convert TIER 2 (ICT) toTier 2 General and than will I be eligible for ILR.

I got My Tier 2 ICT in Dec 2010 and came to UK 29 March 2011.

Any help Please?

Possible, but time spent under Tier 2 ICT may not be included in the ILR qualifying period (245HF(c)(x)).
