if u formed a company u suppose to run it innit.So as far as ur cuurent job matters u dnt need to quit it. juz try to find some client at least one so dnt panic u juz need to find 1 client for ur businness oe if u think u cnt then u gotta arrange 200k fro invetsment..

Hi , i am applying for in country application for tier 1 entrepreneur visa . i am switching from psw visa . i am posting my application last week of march or so , so i just want to confirm that i have formed a marketing company and registered myself as a director . i have got the certificate from company house , got a advertisement in a local newspaper mentioning my company name and my name. business plan is also prepared plus got business bank account as well.
1st question - So i want to ask you guys that do i need a contract of trading with some other business ( or agency or umbrella company ) when i submit my application ??? ( read policy guidance carefully but could not find an exact answer )
I am still working ( employed ) , how can i get a contract showing trading ?? how can ukba expect me to leave my present job , and find a client before submitting application . Its taking 5-6 months processing time so i dont want to leave my job now and start a business . Coz i know even when i am waiting for decision from UKBA , i can still work with my current employer and have piece of mind as the salary is coming in each month.. Hope you all guys got my point..NEED HELP ASAP , there shoud be a way around that . THanks in advance ..
