Hi, I am currently on PSW visa, I wish to switch to Tier 2 dependent visa.
So do i have to go back to India to apply for the visa. Also what are the documents required.

Have you tried search UKBA website first?

All the details are available on their website. This forum is not for people like having done nothing.

1) Yes ,you will have to go back to your home country to apply for Tier 2 Dep.
