Tier-1 general extension - name change in pay slip only

Hi All,

I have got Tier-1 extension in May 2013. I got married last year in dec 2012 and my surname is changed at my work place from feb 2013 but all other documents like passport, bank statements have got my old surname.

So the situation is my pay slips for feb, mar and april will have my new surname with passport and other docs having old one. Is it going to be a problem? My husband's application (as a dependent) will be going at the same time as me for extension.

I'll appreciate any help in this matter.

Most likely.. I would suggest to change the surname on passport and send a change of circumstances form to UKBA with new surname before you apply ur extension..
