T1G which form and documents required for my mother visit

hi i am on T1G visa and want to apply for my mother visit visa which documents i need to submit, i am supporting my mother for the visit, she is a house wife 60 years old pls guide or give the link where i can read all that

I had few more questions in my mind.
My mother is 58 years old and we don't have any date of birth details about my mother parents.

1) Is it ok if we just provide Name and leave the rest empty and write down we don't have these details

2) My mother don't sign she do thumb stamp ....what we need to do about that.

3) please provide full details of your dependent children ..... all children grown up any thing need to write in this section...

4) Do you have any relatives in UK.
is it OK if just put my name and family (son family) or need to mention all members names

4) accommodation details with a supporting letter from the occupant confirming that you are able to stay there. .... is the photo copy of Tenancy agreement is OK or need any more

If you are visiting a friend you may wish to include a letter of invitation from them as well as their financial documents, as outlined in the finances and employment section above.
You should also consider supplying evidence of their immigration status in the UK, this could be copies of:

Letter of invitation from me with my signature will be fine or ......
bio-data pages from their passports--- is it only be a Photo copy
valid visa or immigration stamp from their passport..... photo copy

i am supporting my mother trip....
is my Personal bank statement with accountant letter + salary slip+ dividend vouchers
or which more document i should include i am director of my company and withdraw minimum salary + dividend


At the End which document i can send her ties in pakistan...
as my elder brother and my parents live in joint family system... my mother is house wife and never worked out in her life,,, she had some property on her name but no bank account because all expanses are met by my Father and brother...

Please read the forms carefully, I remember it says give approximate date if person was before 1911. Please check form and guidance.

Thumb impression is fine.

You mention, name, age, geneder, location and occuption and also say, none of them are dependent on her.

Pleae mention all.

I do not know. I think, its not required but you still need to mention details of your father.

Add Copy of Council Tax and Two utility bills e.g. Telephone, Gas, electricity, Water etc
