ilr absences before 13 dec. 2012

hir seniors
i have applied for ilr (hsmp jr) on 12 nov. 2012 with 222 days absences (no trrp over 90 days) on medical grounds. my question is that ukba is dealing absences in accordance with the rules placed before 13 dec. 2012 or they are dealing application with the new rules of absences. thanks

applications are decided as per rules prevailing at the time of the application.
