Post by kainat_ch » Sat Mar 16, 2013 2:35 pm

I have problem when I was student in England in 2007 I have force marriage in Kashmir when I went back for holidays and I had to do it and because of family I had to call him over but when he came he physically abused me and left me and started staying with someone else then my family asked me to come back and get khula when I went back I was attacked from my in-laws for asking for divorce. I put case in court and been sent back coz of safety issue then I completed my studies and switched of PSW and didn’t go back after that it’s been 3 years. After coming from Kashmir I received some threats on phone and on roads here I spoke to police well after all procedure I got Non molestation orders from court. ( I have all documentation)Then everything went fine till now. Now I want to marry a guy who is on teir1 general. I have to switch from PSW to TEIR 1 General dependant. Looks like i have to go back to apply from Kashmir But going back is not safe for me right now. My family won’t let me do that either my ex in-laws and ex-husband. I don’t know what I should do. Is there any chance I can apply from UK without going back .Please Help
