Third Party Funds

Hello,

I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneurs Visa from inside the Uk with the help of my Solicitor

Applied: 12/12/12
Acknowledgment: 17/12/12
Biometrics: 20/2/13 (received 11/2/13)
Funds-£200k Third Party Overseas

It seems that UKBA might contact applicants if they need additional documents but I would like to know how UKBA getting touch with applicants is it by mail or over the phone?

Recently I changed my mobile number so do I have to update my mobile number with UKBA, if yes could you guys please advised me how can I update my mobile number with UKBA

Secondly, all my funds available from third Party overseas but from the following link http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=125523, it seems that if any applicants applied from inside the UK third party Funds from overseas are not acceptable as result UKBA will refused visa. So could you guys pls tell me is this true or just rumors?
