Applying for Extension

Post by Sahib » Sat Mar 16, 2013 7:44 pm

Dear Forum Members

I sent wrong question in previous email and into wrong section of the forum. Can someone please help on this? I am sending this on behalf of a friend.

"I sent my HSMP Visa application from Pakistan to UKBA on 07/04/2008 and granted 'entry clearance' Tier-1 general on 23/08/2010 for 3 years (initially it was refused and then was granted on appeal) and arrived on 10/10/2010 in UK. Now I am going for my extension in August, which rules I will have to follow? When I applied or when I was granted for 'entry clearance' and secondly I came in UK after 45 days of my visa, will I have to go for another extension for indefinite or is there any other way to sort it out to complete my 5 years stay in UK? "

Thanks all
