query reg enterprerneur visa

Hi,

I am planning to apply for enterpreneur visa..I have a Masters Degree in Pharmacy..Can I set up a Business related to IT as I have knowledge in IT ..

I am with PSW I am going to apply on 50,000/- as I had done MSC in pharmaceutical science
