RE: ILR application, Traffic Offence 5 years ago

Post by ranag20 » Sat Mar 16, 2013 10:03 pm

Hi All,

I need urgent advice regarding my ILR application which is due on 20th of March at PEO Croydon.
Situation:
I have a traffic offence (code LC20, not driving accordance to correct driving licence) in August 2007 and Court hearing was in November 2007. I was ended up with 3 penalty points and £60 fine.
Question:
Do I need to mention in my application or not because its more then 5 years now?

Many Thanks

See also New criminality threshold.

If in doubt, then mention it. It should do no harm.

Yes you have to mention all spent and unspent convictions including road traffic offences gone through the court

Thanks for reply.

My second question is about "sentence given" in section 7.2 of SET(O), Criminal conviction, nature of the offence, sentence given , should I need to write 3 penalty points and £60 fine in the area where they are asking "sentence given"?

Many Thanks in advance
