Wrong form...

A friend of mine with whom i applied on the same day received a letter from UKBA, stating he sent the wrong form for his application and they sent him an FLR(O) form to fill in.

The irony is two weeks ago, they wrote to him further docs with the Life in the UK test. They did not mention anything about his form.

While this is a very stupid behavior from the UKBA, it is showing at least that application are moving up the Q. Dos my friend have to pay for this form again or will they just allow him to send it as it is?
