few question about spousal visa!

Hi all, I would like to thank every participant for the great work and help that they are offering free of charge to us>

I have few question regarding the spouse visa as my wife will be applying in May:

1- I am a divorcee my self and the decree absolute was issued in October 2009. do i have to include this in the application?

2- My wife is pregnant and she is expecting in Sep/Oct this year, do you think I should mention this in the letter of sponsorship and provide a doctor letter as well. Will this be an advantage that our relationship is genuine?

3- If the paper are in French, do we have to translate them to English? the ECO are based in Paris where they treat the applications.
