Tier 2(Gen): Document Submission Deadline and Docs Checklist

Hello,

I submitted by Tier 2(General) online application from within the USA on 6-Jun-13; I printed out my application hard copy which reads: "Date Application Submitted Online: 6 Mar 2013. "

Then, I attended by Biometrics appointment successfully on 13-Mar-13.

I have studied the Visa4UK website and can't find the deadline for when my documents must be postmarked or received by the British Consulate New York. Can anyone tell me where the official guidance is on how long I have to submit and from what day does the clock start?

Can you please advice if there is anything missing from my documents checklist:

1. Contract of Employment and Offer Letter
2. Passport
3. Two photos meeting all requirements
4. Biometric Appointment Letter with stampled "Biometrics Processing Stamp" and initials of official from the ACS Biometrics Processing Center.
5. Appx 5: Self-Assessment
6. Disclosure regarding previous passports and disposition
7. Divorce Proclamation (Proof of relationship status)
8. International Travel in the last 10 years (this is required because insufficient space existed on the Online App box for my 12 trips).
9. Medical receipt (Proves that when I received medical treatment in the UK I paid for the treatment personally)
10. Maintenance Funds Proofs
11. Two letters of recommendation (one from UK Government employee
and one from USA Government employee)
12. Online application hardcopy with barcode of application number
