If your EEA national partner is working as dental nurse for some remuneration then it is one of the mode of excercising treaty rights as a worker. For proving this, Employer letter confirming employment/few months payslips/employment contract is needed. EEA1 belongs to EEA national that is totally optional and if you want to apply EEA1 & EEA2 together then just in same envelope you can send both applications.rubencol88 wrote:Hi everyone : I’ve been in uk for one month with a family member permit for 6 months,
She also got a job as a dental nurse.
Is this good enough for prove she is exercising Treaty rights?, if so, I’d like to know how can I prove it? Payslips? “how many” or one letter from her job? Or any advice you can give me I will appreciate a lot
Also I wandering if She needs to aply for the eea1 before we aply for the eea2? Or we can send both applications at the same time?
Thanks so much for your help

See EEA FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting - Residence Card.
The appliction form lists what evidence if needed to support the application. Payslips or a letter from employer are listed in the form.
