Tier 2 General(Settlement)

Hi,
I hold Tier 2 General , One Company Has sponser me. I got my Visa from April 2012. the salary should £ 35000 per annum for the full 5 years or at the time of settlement , like in the last year if we have 35000 pounds and go for settle ment.
