Urgent!! Team member Affidavit &Solicitors Confirm Lette

The 200k is all under my team member's account. (we apply as entrepreneurial team)

1. Is this treated as third party fund?
2. Can anyone recommend a lawyer or solicitor who can provide me signature confirmation letter please?
3. Is there any declaration letter template we could use?
