visa expiring in October-2013, can I apply now(before 6 Apr)

Hi ,
My Tier1 visa expires in October 2013, this will be my second renewal in UK.

since visa fee is going to increase from 6th April, can I apply now itself for renewal. since I have 3 dependents, therefore hike in visa fee costs more for me.

I believe if I apply now the visa would come by mid June as this is the cycle usually it follows for applications submitted in march end/start of April. so I would be short of 3 months from my actual date of renewal and it hardly impacts my application for ILR later .

can anybody help in this? any issue applying so early, or any pointers or any point which I mising here .?

If you meet criteria,then you can apply before ...there are many people who got their visa by applying early..recently i applied for tier 1 visa extension 2nd time and I applied 5 month before...I got it successfully...

I am meeting all criteria. so there is no harm in applying early.
