Hi all,

I was told by case worker that my Ilr application is fine. Biometric system is down so they shall post everything . Anyone who went on 15 march fot any news yet?

Similar thing happened to me at Cardiff in Jan end. But they called me very next day and said everything is fine. They said they personally call each applicant who couldn’t get a decision due to Biometrics error due to IT failure. But Cardiff being a small PEO I am sure they only had a hand full of applicants to call whereas Croydon can’t afford to do that (in terms of time),

I am sure you will here from them (most probably postal) this week,
