British Citizenship - Payment Slip

Post by dsahni » Mon Mar 18, 2013 8:16 pm

Dear Senior Members and Moderators,
a) I applied from my Naturalisation on 23rd Jan 2013 through Lewisham Nationality Checking Service (NCS). They confirmed that the application was delivered to the HomeOffice the next Day.

b) I didn't recieve the confirmation and no money was deducted from my account. I chased the HomeOffice for an update after 6 weeks. Following that, they send me a letter stating that I should re-submit the Payment Slip to them.

c) The letter is from the Managed Migration Support Team in Liverpool, they have stated that I should complete the Payment Slip and send it using the enclosed envelope and if I don't use that envelope - "that will result in delay in reaching a decision on the application"

d) They didn't sent me any envelope. Now I am not sure where should I send the completed Payment slip to.

I have sent emails to ukbanationalityenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk last week to check where I should send this Payment Slip. They have not responded yet.

It is mentioned in the letter that UKBA should receive my payments by 27th March 2013 and I am worried.

Could you please advice, what I should do next?

Best Regards,
Daman
