Tier 1(g) Settlement-new changes?

Post by wazee89 » Mon Mar 18, 2013 10:15 pm

i was browsing UKBA website when i descried this:

''The Immigration Rules are subject to change, and you must meet all the requirements of the rules that are in place at the time when you apply for settlement.''

I could not find this information on tier 1(entr) or invester category.

Are they planning to bring in new changes?

Any news?

The statement you have highlighted applies to all current immigration categories. I.e. all immigration rules are subject to change. This means the UKBA can change their immigration rules at different points in time. We have seen many such changes over the last year/few months itself.

You will need to keep an eye out on the UKBA news to find out if and when changes will be made to the immigration category you refer to. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/news- ... ea=Working
