Depends on the Case worker no guarantees, but a good business plan will likely save you from the interview.arman khan wrote:If i submit my business plan with my file

Understand the YES and NO respectively.
Yes: you can show more then one statement for the Maintenance funds but each statement should be holding the part of funds for whole consecutive 90 days.
No: You can not produce statements that collectively show £900 but either of statements lack a period of 90 Consecutive days.
To my understanding you have £900 sitting in Natwest for the last 2 months (count of days will be 60 days) Correct me if I am wrong.mjay wrote:thanks i have £900 in natwest for two months and £900 in halifax for one month no gap between two statements both holding funds for 90 days continious

You have £900 sitting in Halifax for 1 month now.(count of days will be 30 days) again correct me if I am wrong.
Let the Natwest money the £900 sit for another 30 days than that counts as consecutive 90 days.mjay wrote:

Sorry to hear that, Yes you should use a Business plan this time round, but as I said earlier there are no guarantees you wont have an interview, it depends how the case worker feels about your business plan and might or might not call you for a interview.arman khan wrote:i got my visa refuse becoz i apply in mid of january and the rules change 31 jan and they considered my file in new rule then they call me for interview but they r not satisfy about my busniess
now if i submit my file with my business plan and market research then can they call me again for interview this time or not
