Tier 1 General Extension Documents Submitted

Post by wp1234 » Tue Mar 19, 2013 8:15 pm

Hello All,

sorry if I am repeating this but just need your guidence or approval that documents I am submitting is correct and that's what required.

1) I applied for Tier 1 G on 29/03/2010 and got visa on 28/04/2010.
2) I am going to apply before 28th March as fees are increasing from 6th April 2013 - is that ok? or its early application?
3) I am employed and my salary is £35k/year but I am only required to prove £21K/year so therefore I am only claiming £23k/year - it that ok?
3A) Original letter with salary amount from employer and attaching salary slips.
3B) Bank statements for salary amounts verification
4) My original master degree and transcript
5) Maintenaince Funds for my dependents and myself for 3months.
6) Photographs and original passports for myself, wife and son.

Do I need to add anything else, or that's it ?

Many thanks

2 - are you posting it or going PEO, I think case worker can use discretion. I know someone who went earlier last year due to fees issues but they went only 4 days earlier but their application didn't count as earlier application.
3 claim for your full salary. that is 35
if you can include p60s that would be an extra confirmation of employment showing your tax contributions, although you have all this information on payslips?
