Getting married without passport

Hi, I applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur visa in September 2012, still waiting for a decision, can I get married to my British fiance without my passport.

I appreciate any help.

Have a look at these documents and see if you have any of them as proof of identity.

Thanks DieselD, I only have a uk driver's licence which they won't accept, I guess I just have to wait for my visa and get married then.
