Tier 1 Dependent - second extension-query

Post by anandpathak » Tue Mar 19, 2013 11:35 pm

Hello Experts ,
I am applying for my second extension , this time much in advance and along with my Family to save on the LOOT by UKBA.
Me, My one kid and my wife got our first visa vigennette in India and My second kid was born in UK and she got Biometric card. We all got our extension and all of us got Biometric card residence permit now where as the Vigennete Visa will show Validity end date in Past.
My question is related with the PBS dependent application form which do not differentiate between first and second extension for ependents.
SEction K :
K6: Which country did you obtain your visa or entry clearance? My doubt is whether it should be India ( First Visa) or UK ( first extension) ?
K7:Referencenumber of Visa or entry clearence ?
Again same thing should i write Vigennete(visa) number or Biometric card number.
Kb: Whats date was your visa or entry clearence date from ?
Same think should it be first via start date or Extension date. I think this should be first visa start date as Biometric card gives only expiry date.
K9 : MOST IMPORTNANT : Whats date was was visa or entry clearence valid to?
Should this be the end date of my Vigenne visa (already expired on 01.may-2012 . Or it should be the end of my my biometric residence permit ( valid till Nov 2014)
K10 : How did you entre UK . Family has entered UK several times in last 2 years but i guess should be first entry .

Please help with your expert inputs and experuiences.
Cheers
Anand
