HI,

Q1. I got my Entry Clearance on the 13 Aug, 2003 and landed in UK on 19th Sept, 2003. Got HSMP on 01st Sept, 2006. Can you tell me when I will be allowed to apply for ILR.

What I know is we can apply for ILR in 4 Years and 11 months. So, can you tell me when I am eligible to apply as I am getting very different ans to this some says I can apply on 11 July, 2008 and some says I can apply on 19 Aug, 2008.
