hi good evenning

I am aplying for the enterprenerer visa under 50 k , i in plan for doing a bussiness for IT. consultancy and net work service , I am stuck with contract

question 1. client who is giving a contract should hold a bussiness or any of the indivdual home can give a contract and does it work .for computer repairs web development

question 2 . is it require to open a bussiness account
