Visa arrived but Passport & other documents hasn't

Dear users

Can anyone kindly advice me how long will the documents (such as passport and other originals) take to arrive from UKBA when we lodge an application through legal representatives - premium service ?

My understanding was that the original documents will be returned first; that way the applicant will receive the original documents first and then the Visa.

I have received the Visa after 6 days of the appointment but my legal representative says they haven't received the original documents yet. Can anyone please let me know if the timelines is inline with UKBA status quo? Should I be worried ?
