Received Approval Letter today - Applied Feb 1st

Post by dolby1 » Thu Mar 21, 2013 2:43 pm

Hi all,

We (myself and my other half) received the letter from UKBA on the 19th saying about the new rules and how we are impacted by them.

But today received our approval letters dated 19th and documents.

Applied Feb 1st as self employed IT Consultant.

Acknowledgment received - 16th Feb

Biometrics received - 27th Feb

Completed biometrics - 1st March

Received approval - March 21st

Also I applied after my PSW expired but within 28 days of my PSW expiring.

Thank you all for the knowledge share and more importantly, Thank GOD!

congratulations. That was quite fast. Please could you tell us how many contracts did you submitted with your application, did you submitted any additional documents such as business insurance, business plan etc and were your funds were in your own account? Thanks

No we didn't submit any business insurance. Just the advertisement, webpages, and one Trading contract. We didn't submit the business plans.

Thank you man.
£50K in my UK current account.

Stay positive, hopefully yours would go without any additional queries.

I kept mine for the duration of the application as we were impacted by the new rules which stipulates that we need to have the fund available.

Thanks. As on my £50000 & £900 statements my name is mentioned as A Ahemed but the address is same. U think this is acceptable as most banks issue statement with this format ?

In my opinion that should be fine.

Except anyone else thinks this is a problem.
