A child born in the Uk is British if one of his parent is either British or settled. Since you are already settled before the child was born then the baby is British
fill out a form online .put your information there . once you get the form few days later send:
-the child Birth certificate
- the form signed and countersigned by a propfesional who knows you for at least 2 years
- your proof that you have the right to remain indefinitly here in the form of a Home office letter or passport stamp

Bingo.
in relation to his second nationality . best to approach your other embassy.

You can apply for British passport directly for the child. Just pick up the form from post office, fill it up and send it to IPS along with your original passport and child's birth certificate.

SeeFAQ - most common questions - children

2: Which form should i choose and documents to send with it.
See The application form, fee and supporting documents for a child passport.

3: i need to register his Birth back hme in pakistan as well
This is upto you

4:Does he need any Nadra registration for pakistani passport.
Again this is upto you, it would be useful to get NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani) from Pakistan Consulate so that once your child has got british passport he will be entitled to enter Pakistan visa free, OR you also have the option to get VISIT VISA from the consulate.

Do you have NADRA card?

Well you have to apply for NICOP first as you will not able to make a passport without that. Easy option for you at the moment is to get NICOP for your baby first (at least that way he can travel to Pakistan) and then depending on how long will you be staying there, you can apply for Passport in Pakistan or here (whichever you prefer, doesn't really makes any difference)

See How to Apply for New NICOP for required documents.

All you need is to apply for id card is
  • 1. baby birth certificate and
    2. passports and id card of baby parents
