contract with previous employer

Hi,
I applied for.T1 entrepreneur from psw route in oct. Since than I am providing services (Businessanagement & marketing services) to one client who's got chain of retail outlets. My client was my employer as well, we have an on going contract and invoices.are being paid into the business accoount. My question is if UKBa asks for progress of business and cv etc , is this alright as I only have one potential client so far ?

yea that will be fine even if u hv onnly 1 client

Yes that shouldn't be a problem as long as you and your client working according to the contract signed .... you providing services and he is paying you etc.

I have one question here if anyone can help............. for example if you signed 4 months contract and haven't received decision from ukba in these 4 months shall we go ahead to do another contract either with same client (ofcourse if client needed services) or new client ? or is it mandatory to have valid contract at all time while application is under process ???
