AN Form - query on UKBA reference number

Hello All,

I did not find my UKBA reference ID anywhere.
Even letter received while ILR has Ref space blank.

What should I be filling for Question 1.1 on AN form.
1.1 Please give previous Immigration and Nationality Directorate or Border and Immigration Agency or UK Border Agency reference numbers

A quick response will be much appriciated.

Page 4 of the AN guide on this says

1.1 Enter your Immigration and Nationality Directorate or Border and Immigration Agency or UK Border Agency reference number if you have one.

it's not mandatory if you don't have one :-)
