BRP rec but original docs and passport still awaiting

Dear Gurus,

I went to Croydon peo on last friday 15 mar and rec my Brp on wed 20 mar. I am still.awaiting all my original docs and passport. Have they already sent it or do I have to go personally to collect them. I am worried now ?. Guys please advice.
Nothing is permanent whatever you have enjoy it :-)
