Need help in Biometrics ....

Hi

I applied for my Tier 1 extension along with my dependant. I have received the biometrics within a week but my wife have not recieved the biometric letter.

Is it normal....

I have tried to email them on the email address mentioned on the biometric letter but no response from them.

What should I do? please help
